June 2001 Cases


June 2001 Ayer District Court. A 52 year old man driving a highly modified Audi with two recent prior responsible speeding citations & three in-state pending matters plus one pending out-of-state infraction is found not responsible for speeding on Rt. 2, 72 mph in a 45 zone at the clerk's hearing.

June 2001 Barnstable District Court. A 56 year-old bio-tech. consultant is cited for 71 in a 55 (Rt 3 south) in Hyannis using lidar by the State Police. Not responsible at the clerk's hearing. The operator had a pending speeding ticket set for trial in the Dudley District Court as well.

June 2001 Woburn District Court. A Massachusetts man is cited twice by the same Mass. State Police trooper for speeding on Rt. 93, once at 90mph and once at 100mph on diverse dates. Not responsible, both matters, at the clerk's hearing.

June 2001 Palmer District Court. A 43 year old professional is charged with marked lanes violation and operating to endanger (criminal charge) when she fell asleep and crashed into a house, causing massive property damage. Both charges were dismissed at a clerk's hearing.

June 2001 Dudley District Court. An exceptionally pretty 37 year old is cited for speeding and at 85 in a 65. Not responsible at the clerk's hearing. The SAME client is also cited in Palmer District Court for speeding at 75 in a 65, passing on right, failure to use care in passing, and is found not responsible at that clerk's hearing. It was later learned the client had offered herself to the Mass. State Police troopers who pulled her over; the offers were declined.
