Massachusetts Hardship License

In order to get reinstatement of what is known as a 'Cinderella license' or Hardship license valid twelve hours a day from 7am-7pm experience with the Massachusetts CMR's and internal Registry guidelines counts.

Clients seeking reinstatement of their driver license should realize that the issuance of a driver license is a right to operate motor vehicles which is a privilege, not a right, granted by the Registrar.

Persons rejected for a Hardship license can appeal to the Division of Insurance which has exclusive oversight of Registry decisions, and can affirm, modify or overturn Registry suspensions on Motion of Counsel.

For serious suspensions including DWI 3rd or Motor Vehicle Homicide, appeals to the Superior Court are often required. Our lawyers have extensive experience working with the hearings officers, Division of Insurance/Board of Appeal (BOA), Suffolk Superior Court civil clerks office and the judges who make the decision whether you drive or not. Careful analysis of your license loss will demonstrate our commitment to you, our client.
