HABITUAL TRAFFIC OFFENDER

1) Twelve (12) major and minor moving violations in a five year period
2) Three (3) major surchargeable violations in a one year period combined accidents or criminal convictions, not continuance without a finding.
Depending on the reason for the suspension, we may be able to restore your driving rights in Massachusetts. Over the years we have represented dozens of clients with habitual traffic offender issues and restored their right to operate.
